Scenario:
Script duration - 4-5 minutes approximately
Script length - about 4 pages, single and double-spaced, 11-pt. (not all lines are used and flow is very smooth)
Purpose - V/O to be used for a corporate training video (for a law firm) of which will be delivered via multiple mediums.
Delivery preference - Wav, mp3
You will be provided with a link to simply upload the file to a ftp site instead of dealing with large email attachments.
Recording method - As long as you have the proper equipment that provides professional results, it does not make a difference in this case. Static, hissing, and other ambient noise issues are not good!
Payment - Company check, credit card, some online payment options
Timeframe - script is complete, ideal timeframe would be with a finished turnaround by approximately Friday, March 18 through Tuesday, March 22nd. If changes (while brief and simplistic) are necessary, please note how you deal with this. Proper pronunciations, where applicable, will be noted in the script, as well as time frames per each segment.
Proposed budget - (always the fun issue!) - law firm is interested more in quality than price but has requested I not post limits at this time. Please reply with any samples, location and contact info, price goals, etc.
