What kind of condition are your homes in.
Our homes are incredibly renovated and in established neighborhoods. Seeing is believing. It’s no wonder our houses sell almost immediately.
Question three
What if I have had a bankruptcy?
Some applicants have been approved with chapter 7 bankruptcies discharged as recently as one year. Sometimes we can pay off a chapter 13 wage earner as part of the closing. We can work with a foreclosure that is 3 years old.
Question four
I have been turned down before. How can you get me qualified when others can’t?
It’s simple We own our homes! We can personally finance the amount that bank won’t. We are not realtors. We can do whatever we want with OUR PROPERTIES.
Question five
If I qualify, how long will it take to purchase one of your properties?
On average, two to three weeks from the date you sign a contract.
Question six
I don’t have much money to put down. Can I still buy one of your homes.
