This is for an aggressive driving radio spot for the Smooth Operator campaign of DC, Maryland and Virginia.
We need 3 voiceover actors and an announcer tag. All non union. . ISDN is acceptable.
For the character Vic, we are looking for a voiceover actor that can do expressive dog imitations.

Harold and Cynthia, who are psychologist types, are observing Vic an aggressive driver. Whenever they use a traffic word Vic growls and barks like a dog . This spot is fast paced throughout.

VIC: Voice becomes light growl like dog imitating a sports car.
CYNTHIA: (amused) "Wow…"
HAROLD: "Yeah, you should see him when he's on the – ROAD…"
VIC: Grrrrrrr rough.
HAROLD: "See? …Here, watch. Traffic!"
VIC: Ruf, ruf, ruf.
HAROLD: (chuckles) "Red lights!"
VIC: Growls and a short bark.
CYNTHIA: (excited) "Lemme try one… Beltway!"
VIC: Whining upset.
HAROLD: "Guys like this turn into aggressive drivers when they're on the road. They speed – tailgate, run lights, roll through stop signs, weave in and out of (whisper) traffic…"
VIC: Dog woff “huh?”
HAROLD: "Oops. Said it again."
CYNTHIA: "Roadwork."
VIC: Quick bark.
CYNTHIA: "Speed limits."
VIC: Two quick, loud barks.
CYNTHIA: "Brake lights."
VIC: Howls.
HAROLD: "Now you're teasing him."
CYNTHIA: (indignant) Well, you did it…"
HAROLD: "Me?”
CYNTHIA: “Yeah you!”
HAROLD/CYNTHIA/VIC: They all banter and howl on under announcer.
ANNOUNCER: "Area police are cracking down on aggressive drivers, with tickets, fines and points. It’s the Smooth Operator Program of DC, Maryland and Virginia (insert dog stinger ). We're tough on aggressive drivers."

HAROLD: "Aggressive drivers like this guy think they own the road. They resent sharing it with big vehicles…"
VIC: Louder growls.
HAROLD: "See? Watch this. Bus stop!"
VIC: Wuf, Wuf, Wuf.
HAROLD: "Guys like this just go nuts. They don't care that trucks and buses have big blind spots. Can't brake as fast, either. Speeding and driving aggressively around them is crazy."
CYNTHIA: "You'd think we could all look out for each other, cars and trucks."
VIC: Loud barks.
CYNTHIA: "Oops, I said that word again."
VIC: Low growling.
HAROLD: "Now what do we do.”
CYNTHIA: "Well how about – stop driving aggressively"
