Reporter: We are looking for a "Phil Hartman's man on the street" character from Saturday Night Live, or other ideas.
Flash: We are looking for a fast speaking, super hero voice that resembles the voices from the movie The Incredibles.
(Flash will also be the final Voiceover)
This is produced like a celebrity interview, with a corny, pompous “on the street” interviewer and a fast speaking voice that may be sped up in post production of the superhero Flash.

FLASH (fast): "Places to go, damsels in distress, always rushing… wait a sec (sfx: bullet noise, then quick rush of air/zipping noise across stereo field) thought I left the stove on."
REPORTER: "Supersonic sir, is there anything that slows you down?"
FLASH: "Oooh yeah… DC's photo enforcement. Wooooooow! (sfx: as if slowing down like airplane wheels when landing)"
REPORTER: "Ah yes. Their “Eye On Safety.” Slows down speeders doesn't it?"
FLASH: "Right, for me it’s strictly the limit…" (sfx: sound of Flash voice slowing down)
REPORTER: "Photo enforcement is on DC streets. So – if you don't want a ticket – from the Metropolitan Police Department, it’s simple, don't drive aggressively, obey speed limits and stop at red lights. Now, there’s an “Eye On Safety” on DC streets and intersections"
FLASH: (musing) "Maybe I'll change my name to Pokey… Or Sluggo… Or SloMo… Or…"
