Script without Scenes:
Now that you have an understanding our cleaning procedures, the first step to implementing your cleaning program is to bring your floor back its original clean state.
Wheel The Heavyweight to a high traffic area in the front of the house, Visually mark off an area about 3 by 4 ft.
Apply a liberal amount of your cleaning solution to the area. For the purpose of demonstration we are using only hot water. Of course using chemicals will quicken the process.
Grab The Heavyweight and begin scrubbing. Remember, both hands on the pistol grip, shoulders parallel to the pole and simply push and pull in a sweeping motion. As you get comfortable begin to lengthen your scrubbing stroke.
As we zoom in and speed up the footage you will begin to see a black residue rise from the grout. (Pause – wait for sideways scrubbing) For best results following the grout lines while scrubbing. The condition of this floor is common. Believe it or not, this greasy black residue is a bi-product of mopping and is responsible for most slip and fall accidents. Once your solution has become saturated with dirt and grease it is time to lift this residue.
Using a wet/dry vac and our specially designed squeegee is the most efficient and effective means possible to remove the residue. Removing this residue is a must!
Now repeat the process in the same area. Wet (pause), Scrub (pause), and Lift.
Usually by the third time the residue begins to lighten. Repeat the Wet. Scrub. Lift process until you have achieved your desire results. It Usually takes 3 to 4 times to see clear water which indicates your floor is back to original condition. At this point daily maintenance should be implemented.
You are now equipped with the tools and knowledge to pour your slip and falls down the drain.
