Script Details
Looking for a deep, heart felt, documentary style. Not too fast and with a balance between dramatic and compassionate.
SCRIPT SAMPLE:
Early on the morning of December 26, 2004, four miles below the earth's surface in the Indian Ocean, one of the most intense earthquakes ever recorded sparked a tsunami that would ravage 11 countries in Southeast Asia and take the lives of more than 160,000 people. The tsunami’s deadly waves were felt from Indonesia, Thailand, and India, to as far away as Kenya. With over 140,000 people still missing, the death toll could reach over 300,000 people.
In response to the tsunami tragedy, Canadians have already generously donated over $600,000 through ADRA Canada to help the people of Sri Lanka. However, the struggle to restore normalcy in this battered country brings with it enormous and ongoing monetary challenges. We can make a difference in the lives of Sri Lankans like Beatrice by sharing from the abundance that God has blessed us with.
