Project Main Details
The roles are husband and wife discussing home equity loan options. The conversation must be very natural and the talent must sound like normal adults, not like polished VO announcers. Age range is 40s-50s.
Once the talent is chosen, the turnaround is quick, delivering raw audio files via email.
The budget is $150 for both parts ($75 each).
The client is requesting a custom demo for this spot to get the feel for the banter between the talents.

Male: (reading newspaper) I can’t believe it! (surprised, disbelief)
Female: (concerned) What happened?
Male: This is fantastic. Right here in the paper it says that Minotola National Bank has an Interest Only Home Equity offer!
Female: (disappointed) I thought we won the lottery.
Male: With an offer like this, it’s like we did win the lottery. Minotola National Bank has this home equity program where you pay ONLY the interest AND the interest may be tax deductible.
Female: Interest only payments that are tax deductible? That IS great. With payments that low I could get that new kitchen I’ve been dreaming about…
Male: Or I could get a new car. And with the rate locked in at prime, we can really save money.
Female: OR (even more inflection) we could use the money for Joey’s tuition.
Male: First let’s go to Minotola National Bank and get our Gold Equity loan.
