Project Main Details
One male and one female non-union voice artist for audio tours.
Sound is mid to late 30 year old.
Talent MUST live in or around the New York area.
MUST be able to energetically read full page scripts straight through and sound happy, excited and sometimes slightly animated.
Sound as though you are excited about this and talking to a good friend.
This is a one to three year commitment, one to three days a week. Two to four hours per session. The more pages you read per hour, the more money you'll make. Up to $150.00 per hour.
These are in-house productions only. No mp3's. No ISDN. Voiceover acting recording sessions will be held in a convenient Long Island location for the first 90 days. Then sessions will be held in Manhattan. You MUST be able to take the Long Island Railroad or drive to the Long Island Sessions.
This job is meant for someone who is willing to stretch their creativity and who will have a blast doing it.

Script Details
In 1903, a competition was announced for the design of a new Grand Central Terminal. All the great New York firms proposed plans, but architect Whitney Warren had the inside track. He was a cousin and social acquaintance of William Kissam Vanderbilt, or "Willy K" as his friends called him. Mr. Vanderbilt, as chairman, always had the last word at New York Central board meetings and the firm of Warren and Wetmore got the job. Warren had attended the Ecole des Beaux-Arts in Paris and this magnificent station reflects that trainging, symbolizing the glory and might of the New York Central. Each day, half a million people pass through Whitney Warren's soaring main concourse hall, the heart of this marvel of engineering, urban design planning and architecture. Finally opened in 1913, this is truly one of the world's great train stations.
