Project Main Details
We pay $50/hr for translating and $50/hr for recording.
If interested, please send an email describing your translating experience and your experience with doing recordings for phone systems.

The procedure we generally follow is to send a spreadsheet with the prompts in English. You would then translate the prompts into French and e-mail the spreadsheet back for review.
After we've reviewed the translation, we'd send the prompts back to be recorded. Here are the guidelines we use for recordings:
1. Comments about how to read certain prompts are noted in the spreadsheet. You can view these comments by placing your cursor over the cells that have a triangle in the upper righthand corner.
2. Each prompt should be saved as an individual wav file. The spreadsheet indicates the filename for each prompt. *Please note that filenames are case sensitive.
3. The files should be saved as 8 khz, 16-bit linear mono, RIFF.
4. Prompts should have no more than 1/10th second of silence before and after them.
5. Please zip your files into an archive and upload them to a Web site.
