This number will be aired and promoted on a local television show featuring patients that have received cosmetic surgery.
The number will be used to direct them to particular doctor's offices.
Audio can be delivered in MP3 format. Union not important.
Total recording time wouldn't be longer then 5 minutes.
We're on a tight budget and are exploring whether or not we can afford professional voice talent.
