Project Main Details
I'm looking for a male 50ish voice to do a series of 30-second "health tips" produced by a local TV station in Anchorage. The pay isn't the best - $125 per spot - I'm afraid, but hopefully you're sittin' around needing a little post holiday vocal exercise and if you've never been to Alaska, you can at least send your voice north.
Here's the first script which is directed to 20-30ish construction workers who may need a little reminder to be careful on ladders (your voice would need to be about 25 sec):
VO: Did you know one of the most common causes of construction injuries is falling off a ladder?!
Remember: Position ladders so the side rails extend at least 3 feet above the landing, and use the "4 to 1" rule: For every 4 feet of height, move the bottom 1 foot away from the wall.
Be sure the ladder is free of oil, grease, wet paint, and other slipping hazards. And never extend both shoulders outside the ladder.
