We are looking for a mature female voice to narrate a 4 minute video (DVD)marketing a retirement campus in eastern Pennsylvania.
The pacing is fairly slow -- we have a lot more time than narration.
The audio can be recorded to any non-compressed digital format and uploaded to our FTP server or downloaded from yours.
Cost is very important. We are hoping to get this done for about $300. :)

I. Welcome to the Lutheran Retirement Village at Utz Terrace, a continuing care retirement community of Lutheran Social Services of South Central Pennsylvania. Lutheran Social Services provides retirement living, home health care and a range of community outreach services throughout our region.
As we approach the community center you see the townhomes and the community center complex. Swinging around the assisted living residence and skilled care center we approach the entrance to the community center.
II. Below us are the scenic Indian Run stream and ponds. The walking paths provide opportunity for recreation and enjoyment of the seasons.
III. The gracious lobby area greets us as we enter the community center, the heart of our life together. The lobby, with reception area is a place for gathering and greeting friends and neighbors, with common spaces for living and enjoying the company of others.
IV. Climbing the stairs, or taking the adjacent elevator, we arrive at the spacious and comfortable apartments. The apartment we are visiting has ample room for gracious living, while taking advantage of the view of this pleasant country setting.
V. Back in the lobby we discover the amenities which make life convenient at the Lutheran Retirement Village at Utz Terrace. From the reception desk we walk down the corridor past the mail room, bank (pause), exercise room (pause), and village store, to the meeting and activity rooms, which open out onto the terrace.
VI. Above these, on the second floor, easily accessible to the apartment building, are the deli and dining room, meant to be a true gathering places for sharing food and fellowship. Here residents and guests will enjoy a fine culinary experience.
VII. As we leave the elevated veranda outside the dining room we travel back across this attractive campus, with a close up view of the walking path, Indian Run and natural wetland area. The walking path invites those who live in our residential townhomes to visit the community center regularly. As we arrive at the door of our model townhome, open now, we invite you to come and visit us soon at the Lutheran Retirement Village at Utz Terrace.
