Welcome to Mastercraft Companies U.S. Headquarters, located in Phoenix, Arizona. Our custom 58,000 square foot campus provides separate onsite facilities for every process of manufacturing from mold design to final product assembly, providing our customers with a single source solution.
We have the ability to manage your project from conception to production. Projects begin in our tooling design facility. Our design engineers utilize the latest CAD software to conceptualize molds and dies to exacting specifications. The resulting designs are then transferred to the state-of-the-art tool shop. Skilled mold makers use high speed CNC machining centers to manufacture the molds and use precise test equipment to qualify them for production.
The Mastercraft production facility operates 24 hours a day using centrally monitored, precision molding machines to satisfy worldwide customer market demand. Computerized controls and robotics are utilized for optimum productivity and efficiency. Critical processing parameters are monitored to reduce variation and eliminate defects before these occur.
Medical devices and other contaminate-sensitive components are produced and handled in a specially constructed HEPA-filtered Clean Room rated at 10,000 PPM.
Mastercraft’s comprehensive quality program maintains consistency in every process. Our rigid Statistical Process Control system minimizes process variation. This attention to detail allows us to deliver millions of parts per week while maintaining an enviable PPM rejection rate.
