1. Welcome to LiveLane.com, the proven online sales tool owned by AutoIMS member auctions.
Learn how to quickly and easily list vehicles on LiveLane in this 90-second demo.
2. Manage your LiveLane sales through the AutoIMS database.
First, logon to AutoIMS.com and select “LiveLane Admin” under Admin.
3. Click “Put on LiveLane” to list vehicles at a fixed price or for interactive bidding.
4. For fixed-price listings, select “Put Vehicles on LiveLane (fixed price only).”
5. To view all LiveLane-eligible vehicles, click “Generate Report.”
Or, modify the criteria to narrow your results.
6. List all desired vehicles on LiveLane directly from this page.
Check the “Put on” box, select sale type, enter a price and “Submit Changes.”
Listings are immediately accessible to your authorized buyers.
7. To list vehicles interactive bidding, return to “Put on LiveLane” and select “Put Vehicles on LiveLane.”
8. To view all LiveLane-eligible vehicles, click “Generate Report.”
Or, first modify the criteria to narrow your results.
9. Click the “Put on LiveLane” link. Complete the “Put On LiveLane” pop-up form and “Submit.” Repeat for each vehicle to be listed. To save time, non-price data (such as sale type) automatically carries over.
10. Save even more time by selecting a default sale category. Link to “Sale Defaults”
from the LiveLane Admin menu.
11. Authorized buyers now have immediate access to your listings at LiveLane.com.
