Audio is going to be used in a Real Estate Investor voice mail serving clients who are in difficult situations with their properties as in foreclosures, etc. It will also serve prospective buyers and prospective renters alike. Gender has to be a female and with the age of around 25-35. Talent must have professional and compassionate type voice. Recording consists of the the main office greeting and 5 extension greetings. The audio file needs to be ".wav" file since it will be e-mailed to the service provider and for them to paste it on my toll free number and to my virtual pbx line. The entire script is estimated at 3 pages long of a regular 8.5" x 11" paper. Thank you.
