I use various types of marketing materials (mm) to develop leads for residential Real Estate Investors. In the mm I offer a free report to "distressed" homeowners titled "How To Stop a Foreclosure." They call a 800 voice mail number (24/7) to request said report. I am looking for professional voice over for the script that will be placed on the 800 number as follows:
Main Greeting Setup & Script.
When a prospect calls my 800#, this is what he will hear:
"Hello and thank you for calling Equity Solutions. Please enter the extension number now."
I use my voice mail system for several different businesses and that is why my main greeting script is so generic and quick.
If you will be using the system strictly for your real estate buying business, you might want to change the main greeting. For example:
"Hello and thank you for calling Equity Solutions. Please enter the 4 digit ID number of the FREE Special Report you’re requesting."
Or this greeting:
"Hello, and thank you for calling Equity Solutions. Please enter the 4 digit extension number of the phone number you called to request a copy of our special FREE report.”
