Our customers often ask us to provide the audio prompts for these systems. To accomplish this, we work with freelance voice talent: we provide the scripts for all of the prompts, and we receive audio files in return which are properly edited and in the audio format that we request (typically 8kHz wav).
We are currently seeking freelancers that are native Spanish voiceovers, French, Portuguese, and German speakers. Frequently we would like to have the freelancer translate an English script into the alternate language prior to recording.
We would like to pay an hourly rate. A typical project will require 2-4 hours of time. Please note: This is NOT like radio or tv voiceovers -- Our clients are not paying us high hourly rates for this service, so we cannot pay high hourly rates to our freelancers. But we are able to pay reasonable, professional rates. And we are very pleasant and professional to work with.
Typically we would expect freelancers to work from home. But we do have offices in New York and Boston, if access to an office is necessary.
