We are interested in getting a quote for a voice over. The voice over is for a flash presentation. I will include the script. The voice over would need to be delivered in either an AIFF file or WAV. PaymentStation Script
Welcome to the PaymentStation®, a central location to be used by your corporate clients that will meet all their electronic payment processing needs.
PaymentStation® can be easily private labeled by your financial institution and accessed by your customers via your website.
PaymentStation® supports traditional ACH batch processing for direct deposit of payroll like most systems, but it’s functionality extends to support easy acceptance of one-time check or credit card payments taken over the telephone, providing validation, verification and authorization in real-time.
For your customers that want check conversion capabilities via PaymentStation®, they simply plug in an imaging device and begin scanning items for conversion and image storage. Once converted, we’ll send it down the most economical track, utilizing ARC or Check 21 capabilities.
For corporate clients that receive high volumes of checks, we can provide the capability to use a variety of transport devices best suited for their needs.
In addition to the ability to manually enter transactions, PaymentStation® supports real-time transaction acceptance utilizing the PaymentTransit® feature for WEB transactions. Transactions created from other ACH systems or data exported from an existing system can be easily uploaded for conversion into ACH format for processing.
Finally, PaymentStation® provides your corporate clients with the ability to easily research any item and where the payment is in process.

OperationStation Script
The OperationStation will briefly cover the nuts and bolts of how your financial institution and ACH Commerce will work in perfect synchronization to provide the best service for your clients while reducing the workload for your financial institution.
Once you’ve sold and underwritten your client (discussed at the MarketStation® and SafetyStation®), simply complete and submit a setup form outlining the services and limits you have approved
We take care of the rest, setting up the parameters in ACHStation® and core processing system, contacting your customer with their secure ID and Password for access. We then schedule a convenient time to train them on how to best utilize the products for their environment. We also provide them with an Implementation Guide designed to inform them of Rules, provide sample authorization and disclosure language, let them know the types of reports they will receive and, of course, educate them on other services they can obtain by working with your financial institution.
Once your client is up and running, they will receive confirmation reports, and notification of return items via email.
If they want their return items in electronic format or need an A/R posting file, these can be easily accessed via the ACHTransport® module of ACHStation®.
In addition to providing your customers with support, training and reporting, we also provide your bank with everything you need to monitor customer activity.
Each day you will receive a Files Processed Report, summarizing the activity processed for each client.
Detailed balancing procedures will be provided for reconciling the ACH activity on your Fed or Banker’s Bank account.
Of course, if you want to research an item for your corporate customer or look at your customer’s daily activity, you can log into our site for an online view.
Finally, we even handle billing your customers via ACH on a monthly basis or we can provide the information to you to feed into your analysis system. The choice is yours.

SafetyStation Script
Managing the risk of electronic payments and staying in compliance with the ever- changing Rules and regulatory requirements is not an option but a requirement.
While you are visiting the SafetyStation®, we will introduce you to the innovative methods for managing risk that are only available with ACH Commerce. We will discuss the pre-packaged documents available and show you reports that will enable you to continually monitor customer activity, track exposure and guard against fraud.
ACH Commerce’s risk package includes a comprehensive written Risk Policy that you can easily modify or adopt as your own and a solid ACH contract that you can use with your clients.
In addition, we provide a Risk Calculation Worksheet designed to allow you to enter projected activity and proposed settlement terms to quickly establish recommended reserve and/or minimum balance requirements.
Our proprietary processing system allows you to assign limits at the transaction, daily, weekly and monthly level and supports delayed and net settlement functionality not available in any ACH processing software currently on the market.
If we receive a file that exceeds a limit, our system flags us and we call you for the red light to stop or green light to proceed with processing.
For maximum control, you may choose to utilize the delayed or net settlement functionality which allows you to hold settlement for a period of 3-10 days in an account owned and controlled by your financial institution, deducting return items, fees and reserves prior to depositing funds into their settlement account.
On a daily basis, we’ll send you a Return Activity Report which will show you all originated activity on each customer as of that date back 90 days.
This report clearly shows dollars originated, dollars returned and the percentage of return and unauthorized activity.
On a monthly basis, we’ll send you a Return Code Analysis report on each customer that shows the type of returns they are receiving allowing you to determine if they need to apply a verification or validation service to reduce admin returns, NSF/Account closed returns or identify problems with unauthorized returns.
