Seeking Voice Talent to record 1-5 minute Real Estate Listing Scripts on an ongoing basis.
These recordings will be broadcast from the listed home to the street for drive-by prospects to listen to on their car’s FM radio. We sell this equipment and service to Real Estate Agents Nation Wide and Canada – Radio House Tour.
Here are some more details so you can decide if you want to continue the process with us. Our budget for each 1-5 minute finished listing is $25 to you. Your payment would include you providing a finished CD and 1st class postage back to us. Postage is $0.84 for a single CD. We think that each voice job will be 2-3 minutes in length but we offer up to 5.
We would like to work with talent who can receive payment via PayPal or other electronic payment. This gets you paid instantly and is easy for us to track. We will pay for each completed job when received from you. We do not wait until the end of the month or week. You would be paid with 24 hours after we receive the CD and it is proofed.
We can not promise the number of jobs you will have. If you are one of our 2-3 voice talents (2-3 males and 2-3 females) your sample recording will be on our website and the customer will select the voice they want. We would also like to have your picture on the site (behind a microphone if possible).

We ask for you to record it as a custom demo and return to us via a CD. If you become one of our Professional Voice Talents this demo will be the sample on our website for clients to listen to and choose from.
