I would need it on a MP3 file for Final Cut Pro 4 edit system. No SAG or AFTRA. This is a :60 Commercial on a small local TV Station, so we are looking for a one time buyout and our budget is only $125.00.
I am hoping to get this voiced by tomorrow, Friday August 6th.
