Must be able to translate 17 minute English narrative to Spanish and record narrative to fit within the time span of the English narrative segments. We do not want to re-edit and lengthen the programs video scences unless absolutely necesssry. Will provide narrative script and VHS tape of the program in English. The program is an industrial video detailing the operation of "Center Pivot Irrigation Systems." Narrator should have access to professional recording equipment and capability to deliver the finished product on audio CD or as a digital wav file over a broadband internet connection. Budget is $700.00.
