I am an eLearning producer in HK, and have done many eLearning courses in the past few years. I have some regular voice over talents helping me in the past years. However, I am now having some new ideas to have a course with few characters, and then just like talking to each other, but thru their dialogues, they are trying to deliver some messages, tips, etc.

All my training courses are based on teaching software usage, and now I need to teach the users to use an internal software, it's a web-based software, for their corporate users to search the client information. It's very easy to use, but need to teach some concepts. I was writting some scripts and attached to voice123 already, there are 3 characters inside, they are Amy, Mary and Jane, all are in age of 25-35. Amy is the manager who is introducing the system to the staffs, while Mary is the new joined staff, and in between, they are discussing some ideas.

I need to the voice over with intonations, like talking and teaching each other. No boring voice appeared. Looking to use the same voice for all of them.

Voice123: Please feel free to disregard this project if it does not meet your budget expectations. We are working on an improvement to our parameterization system to classify budget offers in a better way. Thank you for your understanding.

101 Amy Introduction to DREAM
102 Amy You've been here for a few weeks already, Mary. Are you settling in?
103 Mary I've already settled in I think! Amy, everyone here seems to have a Client Book. Where can I get one?
104 Amy You're right. I asked you and Jane to come in today to tell you about our new system DREAM. DREAM is the back office tool to enhance customer service before and after the sales ceremony.
Jane will also explain what this system has to do with the Client Book that our colleagues are using at the moment.
105 Mary I see, Amy.
106 Amy Jane, why don't you explain the current processes for dealing with customer personal details, purchase records and so on, and then I'll explain how using the new DREAM system will help everyone to increase business effectively.
107 Jane OK, no problem.
108 Jane Mary, you normally see us carrying this book, the Client Book. We use it to record our VIC details. This means products bought by our Very Important Customers, their characteristics, preferences, colour choices and so on, as well as their contact details. This can be very hard work, as VICs always buy a lot of goods. Just writing down the colour, model and so on can take at least half an hour, and there's always the possibility of missing something out. Either way, it’s quite time consuming.
109 Amy You're right. You're actually quite lucky, because the company has now got a better, more comprehensive system ready for us. It's called DREAM, and it'll really make our dreams come true, because we won't have to write everything down anymore! Let me give you a simple demonstration.
110 Amy Look at this. The things Jane was talking about before are all recorded here now. I just have to enter the name and contact telephone number of the customer, and I can immediately find out their preferences, purchase records and so on. You can see straight away what to do.
111 Jane Oh yeah! It has the customer's name, address and contact telephone number, and you can also find out which stores they usually shop in and which colleague is responsible for looking after them.
112 Mary What do these mean?
113 Jane You can see at a glance that this customer is a man, and the ticks show which contact methods the customer is happy to accept.
114 Amy Exactly, and you can also easily find records of their last three recent visits.
115 Mary Jane, when you mentioned having to write down which products the customer came to buy each time, is this the information you meant?
116 Jane Yes! But the information here is more comprehensive. Besides their recent purchases, you can also instantly find out the total amount of money they have spent this year, which is very helpful for our preparation work.
117 Amy Right! You can also press the STATS button to review the statistical data.
118 Jane Wow, that's great. You can get a transaction summary by item types, and you can also compare this year with last year.
119 Mary Amy, I was wondering where this information comes from.
120 Amy That's simple. It's just copied over from the RMS system. Our colleagues in the support department will transfer the details of purchases the customer makes in any store in the world to RMS within two days.
121 Amy Of course, this system also needs the support from us. You can see the place in the bottom left corner called “Qualitative Data”. Everybody needs to input the customer details from their Client Book to here, but this procedure only needs to be carried out once. If the customer's preferences, such as shirt and shoe sizes, need to be changed in future, we also have to update this information in the system, but these details are not likely to change often.
122 Amy Also, in many cases we also need to find out when the company has sent materials such as invitation cards or product brochures to them, and there is also a summary of this here. It records the contact between us and the customer.
123 Amy DREAM is a back office tool, which can effectively help us with operations throughout the entire sales process. For example, if we need to prepare before a VIC arrives, we can check their preferences and most recent purchases at LV. After they arrive, we can also input any new details into DREAM, making it easy for ourselves or our colleagues to find the VIC's details in future. The most important thing is that we can also search for the “Top Best” client group using DREAM, helping us to improve our overall business figures.
124 Mary That's really excellent. Amy, can you tell us about how to use this system now?
125 Amy No problem! The company has already prepared an e-Learning system and instruction course for you, so you can learn to use the new system anywhere and anytime.
The most important thing you must remember is that the customer information within DREAM cannot be disclosed to anyone, including the customers themselves.
One of the lessons in the e-Learning package will explain the correct ways of using DREAM and our privacy policies in detail.
126 Amy Do you want to know more about the system? Then move on to the next lesson!
