My Voice Experience

So far I have been asked to do recordings for the phone systems of every company I have worked for in the last 10 years.

A man stopped me on a bus one day - hearing me speak to a friend of mine - and said I had the most wonderful voice.

I have always meant to do something about it in the voice over market but kept putting it off. I did however take elocution lessons at one point.

So I really am at the beginning of using my voice as a career.

- a wireless connection and a laptop

- am looking at microphone pre-amp/compressors - will have one soon
- have Adobe Audition

I used to work in banks and doing admin in different companies so I am delighted to have a short commute from the bedroom to the office - normally the only hold up is a hungry kitty hanging around the passage.
