My voice is always described as quite sweet with my Geordie up and down lilt... However can be projected when needed! It can be extremly expressive and very heart felt when required but I can express a party atmosphere and make it very sexy and fun... I enjoy using my voice in a number of ways.

Accents, Impersonations, Characters and Dialects

Obviously Geordie is my natural accent and used this a lot in my career as an actress! However I enjoy a lot of different dialects, RP, any other northern region, Cockney, I can change my voice into a very high pitched cartoon type character which always gets lots of laughs! American, Southern American, Scottish, Brummy, Scouser!

My Voice Experience

My experience with my voice has been more of the acting side of things! Have performed in Beauty and the Beast as a Silly Girl in which I was a high pitched Cockney teenager! I then played In tonight's the Night the Rod Stewart musical for which there was a Sound Track which I was involved in the recording of. I played a number of parts in The West End's Fame the Musical... A young American actress and a more mature American ballet teacher. I used a Southern American accent for the part of Dinah in Starlight Express... My native Geordie came out for the part of Ali in Mamma Mia and I am currently playing Hunyak in Chicago... For this I had to learn actual Hungarian and perform a Hungarian monologue every night.. Quite taxing!

My Training

I trained at Laine Theatre Arts in Epsom Surrey in all types of Dance and Musical Theatre and Drama. I received a Diploma in Musical Theatre.

Additional Skills

I sing, dance and act as well as voice over work... Special skills include roller skating and very strong Tap dancing!
