My Voice Experience

I started reading books out loud as a child and it seems that led me into the field of voice acting and narration.

One of my first voice over jobs, 15 years ago was for the movie: "normal life" in which I read the part of a dispatcher, as well as a radio weather person. I have narrated for numerous e-learning projects and a variety of t.v. and radio commercials.
I have a background in medical and legal terminology. My range covers smooth,straighforward narrations to characters and childrens voices.

My Training

I was working in the trade show industry doing live narrations when I was approached to read for an industrial voice over project because the client like my style and voice quality. This enabled me to have real material to begin to assemble a voice demo. One thing led to another and I was soon working full time as a voice talent for industrial and commercial projects. I have also taken numerous acting classes over the years and have worked on-camera as an actress for commercials and industrial film acting.
In many of the on camera projects, I was also used as a voice over talent and a narrator. I was the t.v. spokesperson for American Furniture in Madison,WI for eight years for on-camera as well as voice over commercials.
