My Voice Experience

I am just starting out in the voice over business. I have worked at an inbound call center for over 13 years and have been told by many persons on the other end of the phone that I should be in the voice over business. So, here I am!

My Training

Studied music performance under direction of Ben Bollinger at Citrus College in Azusa, and have been working at Verizon and Telepacific Communications over the past 13 years where I learned and mastered speaking skills over the phone. I have been singing for over 30 years.

My Studio Equipment

I am currently using a laptop with an external professional mic which records very clearly. I have done some karaoke on myspace.com/lorisimpsoninvegas and it has done a great job.

Additional Skills

I have been interested in doing voice over work, both speaking and musical for quite a long time, but never found the chance or a connection to get started. I am eager to do well. I have high expectations of myself so I would never turn in a poor performance. This is the career path I would have taken other than my current employment if I'd had the opportunity. I am very professional and can lay down a track in a studio very quickly and usually in one take.
