We use use both Analogue and Digital Equipment. Run Audacity software with an Audio-Technica AT2020 Microphone and we can do a phone patch, on a telephone land line, Skype or Viber.

Additional Skills

Loring was born into a family of entertainers and was raised to be an actor but rebelled and went into Real Estate.

His voice and acting skills paid off well in Real Estate as he is often called upon to testify as an Real Estate Expert Witness for litigation support as he holds two Real Estate licenses; a broker’s and an appraiser’s license and he builds homes for fun and profit.
