My Voice Experience

Professionally, I have taped the message for the answering service of the company that I worked for. I have been in customer service since I was ten years old answering phones for my Folk's business. I learned quickly that a cheery, upbeat voice with a smile behind it got more business than it's flat and boring counterpart.
