I have a natural talent for mimicry and can do accents -Brooklyn, upper-crust, Southern Belle, British. I can also pronounce foreign words and phrases (specifically French) very well.

My Voice Experience

While I did grow up in the New York area, my voice carries no hint of an accent. I have lived, worked and studied in Binghamton, NY; Washington, DC; Charleston, SC; and Orlando, FL. I currently split my time between West Palm Beach, FL and NYC. My first announcing job was in Binghamton, NY in the early 80s. I spent 10 years in Washington, DC working professionally in Marketing Communications in the telecommunications industry. Since moving to Florida in 1996, I have worked on a myriad of freelance projects. (Resume available upon request.)

I have attended numerous seminars/classes (in various cities) on public speaking, voice-overs and media production. I also currently work on web-design and editing.
