Accents, Impersonations, Characters and Dialects

I could doo a real goud New Yawk accent. I was among several animated characters on the Emmy Award Winning "Lenny the Liver"... my role was was "The Heart". A cross between Betty Boop and Edith Bunker.

My Voice Experience

I have been around a microphone since the mid 1980s. I started out doing PSAs for non profit organizations in Boston. In 1986, I moved to Florida and I opened Music Works with my husband where we produce original music jingles and sound design for television and radio commercials.

It was a natural move for me to begin doing voice overs, most notably my international experience for Emery Worldwide Music and message On Hold. The City of Miami Beach was my next calling doing news and traffic reports for their radio station. Along the way, I've voiced narrations to meditations.

My Training

I have a Master's Degree from the University of Massachusetts in Media. Upon graduation, I became the Director of Education and Community Relations for a Health Clinic in Boston. That stared my voice over career: voicing PSAs for my job. From there, my ownership of my own Recording Company here in Florida, put me in touch with microphones and my career continues......

My studio was built from the ground up for superior sound quality; professional acoustic treatment and an acoustically tuned control room and Voice Over booth.
