Voice Description
Well, when I answer the phone I always get asked if my mother is home or if I am over 18 years of age. I am very into animals of all kinds, so I have different voices for each of animals and my African Grey parrot can immitate me perfectly. I have an unusual voice, people are always telling me I should do voice-overs. I can have a professional voice when needed, I was a C.P.A. and I can have a calm, sensitive voice because I am now a Marriage Family Therapist Intern.

My Voice Experience
I have no voiceover experience, but I am always changing my voice in everyday life, whether I am telling a story that happened to me one day, talking to my pets in various voices that I have created according to their personalities. I don't like to hear my voice on tape, because I sound just like a kid and many of my therapy clients think I am much younger than I am just by hearing my voice mail greeting and meeting me. I find it fun to use my voice in different ways and I tend to attract animals with my voice and people think that I have a soothing voice, but others may say I have an outrageous laugh.
My Training
I've had no training doing voiceovers, I am simply doing it for fun. I already four College Degrees and am working on my 2nd Master's Degree. I love music, listening to talk shows and comedians. I realize it is a serious business, but everything in life has something to laugh at and that's my attitude of the world. I can create voices for people across the room and for people who aren't even near me. I am serious about education, animals, the environment and using your talents to help others.

Additional Skills
I am pretty easy going, down to earth, get along with most people and find meeting new people interesting. I can be professional when i need to, relaxed when appropriate and take details seriously. I do everything in my life that I enjoy with an attitude of excellence. I have worked with stuffy business men and women and wacky therapists, psychiatrists. I have talked in therapy with homeless people or welfare recipients who were so humorous and I have had a grandmother from Oklahoma who would tell her stories with a thick Southern accent and I would laugh until I would cry. She never gave up on her "Coke and a Cup-cake Diet".
