My Voice Experience

I've done TV and radio commercials, web ads, training videos, Public Service announcements, been a classroom teacher, a yoga instructor, a fitness instructor, workshop leader, and read numerous children's books aloud to rapt audiences!

My Training

Most recently, I was trained by Voice Coaches at White Lake Studio and Post in Albany, New York. I continue to receive acting coaching. I have a BA in Social Studies Education and Political Science, with graduate work in Psychology. I directed school musicals, acted in high school musicals, conducted winning choirs in College, study the piano, have certifications in Yoga, Pilates, and group fitness instruction. And - I raised two children on a plethora of kiddie lit.

My Studio Equipment

I have an HP computer with mp3 and WAV capability, an Audio-technica AT2020 usb mic, Cubase Elements 6Recording Software, and live near White Lake Studio and Post, where they have Digidesign's Pro Tools HD3 Accel. From there they provide phone link for clients all over the world.

Additional Skills

I have ecclectic interests ranging from music, to science, psychology, gardening, fitness, golf, skiing, tennis, travel and cooking, there's little I haven't at least a passing knowledge of. I am a hospice volunteer, maintain a knowledge of current events, current products, health and environmental science. My goal is to ultimately narrate a film about the environment - and I'd consider doing that pro bono.
