I am a cabin service director with British Airways and am constantly getting told by passengers that when i deliver the safety demo it is normally the only time that they have ever listened! Many ask if i was a teacher in a previous job as i make everybody listen. A lot of older passengers compare me to Joyce Grenfell. I frequently get howls of laughter because the demo is read out so expressively. My voice can be described as clear, funny,firm and expressive.
