My Voice Experience
Background primarily in broadcast news but have narrated numerous films ranging from industrials to surfing movies. Have also recorded several movie trailers.
I have been a Los Angeles news anchor (KABC-TV) and news director at four L.A. radio stations (KPOL, KRLA, KDAY, KNX-FM). I produced and hosted The Credibility Gap, a news program that integrated topical satire and music with daily news, from 1968-1969 and in 1970 hosted The Newsical Muse for KCET-TV in Los Angeles. I was the producer/host of the nationally syndicated Earth News Radio from 1972-1986 and was the voice of Personal Finance Digest for The Prudential and Discovering Tomorrow for Toyota from 1987-1991. Since 1992 I have earned my living primarily as a writer, publishing the daily entertainment industry news digest, Studio Briefing. Additionally I was employed as a producer for CBS News' 48 Hours from 1997-2008. I have also appeared in numerous dramatic films and TV shows as a TV reporter.
