Voice Description

Just english mostly. I dabble with accents and am teaching myself Latin, German, Spanish, Scottish, Greek, French, and Italian, but only bits and peices here and there in my spare time. while working on my music and my business ventures and trying to get through some medical issues with cancer, all while doing volunteer work. I have a Great ear for sound and can pick up accents and tones and pitches very quickly as I pride myself on my perfectionism.

My Voice Experience

I have been singing since I was around three years old. It was moslty countrty music at first. Pastsy Cline, Carole King, Helen Reddly, Barbera Faichild, Crystal Gayle. Then The Pointer Sisiters and Aretha Franklin, Diana Ross, Whitney Houston, Bett Midler, Pat Benetar, Heart, Cher. I got into the Big band sound and fell in love with the Beatles, Chicago, The Who, Doobie Brothers, Paul Simon...so many to name...
Then showtunes while i went thru my Drama nut phase and did musicals and plays.
Basically I'm hooked onto classic rock and roll, big band sound, mostly towards the blues and vintage rock sounds. i'm a bit of an ecclectic sort when it comes to my voice, especially in singing, but I'm always up to try anything once.

My Training

As far as formal vocal training i have never had a personal vocal coach, but i have also never been told i needed one. I go into a studio to reord a song and 9 times out of ten each song is done on right on the firtst take.
I have done Vocal acting on documetaries 3 that i can remember for sure, and film proects for college students here in texas as well as in California. some were scripted and some werent but i was in 3 in once year in Berkeley. CA in 1997-1998.
I have also performed many impromptu poetry readings, and other forms of musical and vocal entertaiment KAraoke contests , conerstop quartets to cheer someone up, caroling events organzid for the kids at chistmas, at random for charity events and talent shows in Colorado Springs, CO, San Jose CA, Berkeley CA, Lubbock, TX as well as weddings, baby showers and divorce parties.

Additional Skills

Additional skills, well. I can also light a lighter with my toes. Tie a cherry stem in a know with my toungue. It aslo seems i have this uncanny ability to either make people laugh or wanna hurt me.
I guess my only real other skills are the usual mundane stff, typing, reception, advertising, promotoin, advertising, networking, webdesign, photography, fashion design, marketing, and research, with the beginnings of me degree in architectural design.
I have a few other websites i have yet to link to here that include me covering live shows singing with bands for charity and for fun, as well Downloadable MP3s and CDs available till i get that link working again

I just though it would be a unique experience. Maybe I am just weird and you can disrergard this whole last statement as should you see fit, but someone told me that that job does exisit and i dont see why telling an agent up front that i dont have a problem with that
