I have worked as a writer and editor of children's books, I also worked for a freight forwarder company where I had to do all the negotiation and business talking with external agents.

While I was in the USA I worked in many conferences, helping register people and handling phone calls, something that gave me the chance to interact with many different people from all over the world.
