My Voice Experience
My first character voice-over work was as a teenager on a WVOX children's radio show, Once Upon A Time, in New York. I continued doing voice-overs in 1985 for Donna Belajac Agency in Pittsburgh. I've done several ads for radio and television and worked as a radio on-air announcer in local and syndicated radio at Sheridan Broadcasting Network for a number of years. I was the voice for WAMO-FM; doing both radio and television voice-overs. I was employed as afternoon drive time news announcer at WDSY-FM and radio talk show host at WEEP-AM in Pittsburgh. I have a theatre background, having done work off-Broadway as well as specialized television travel reporting at WJLA-TV in Washington, DC. Most recently, I appeared as a Georgia lottery host on WSB-TV in Atlanta.
My Training
I have a Bachelor of Arts degree in broadcast journalism from Point Park College in Pittsburgh, PA. I've studied acting in New York with Beverly Kenny and taken classes in Pittsburgh with Donna Belajac and Rita Holt. I've also participated in several workshops with Don Brockett in Pittsburgh.
