Voice Description

Very versatile, including dozens of quality cartoon/character impersonations, great TV or movie announcer voice, Low & bassy like Barry White, High & squeaky like Don Knots, distinctly youthful like Elroy Jetson, unique voices such as Donald Duck or Eric Cartman.
Ability to incorporate character's vocal traits such as lisp/speech impediment/stutter for realism or comic relief. Wide vocabulary, ability to adapt voices to several age groups, social classes, special interest groups (ex.-Poor old blues musician from early 1900's, or rich young Ivy League student baseball player).
Can also sing in most of the same voices in a variety of musical styles.

My Voice Experience

Multiple stage and film acting experience over last 20 years, including improv, celebrity impersonations, live comedy and musical performances, film narration and voice overs.
Ran High School radio station, news interviewing and Disc Jockey shifts for community/campus radio. Recorded several radio commercials, wedding DJ, Master of Ceremonies, and character acting voice coach.
I have written/recorded songs on a few albums, as well as jingles, theme songs and film soundtracks.

My Training

Studied acting for stage and film at Preston High School.
French exchange student in 1980's, English and Spanish courses in 90's and recently.
Trained for radio at CHRW 94.9 in London, On.
Studied several languages and accents with many international friends since I was very young.
Graduate of Advanced Filmmaking at Fanshawe College, excelling in sound editing and digital SFX.

My Studio Equipment

I have my own audio/animation studio facilities- Nuendo, multiple effects processors, various keyboards, organs and pianos, guitars & bass guitars, Live or digital drums and various percussion instruments, and a full digital sound effects library, high end analog and digital gear, sound booths, all necessary microphones for recording drums, strings, vocals, complete with an array of vintage organs, amplifiers and guitars, and an impressively versatile and talented group of production engineers and musicians available to produce original music, film scores and jingles.

Additional Skills

Creative and talented as a writer/director for over 20 years of independent filmmaking, music production and poetry/storytelling. Able to write/compose in several styles, very friendly and easy to work with.
Also interested in script editing and storyboard creation, or in assisting in writing process for incomplete/undefined projects.
Currently have over 40 projects in pre-production (awaiting funding).
