My Voice Experience

I have lots of customer service experience. From call centers, inbound and outbound calling as well as jobs as receptionist and/or administrative assistant. This means that most of my jobs have been in a company setting where I was not only the first voice callers heard but I was also the first face visitors saw upon arrival.
I've worked for At&T call centers as well as insurance providers, a radiology group and my present job, at a school, as school secretary and office manager as well as purchasing/personnel secretary.
At my last two jobs and now this one, I have been the person in charge of making the voice mail greetings as well as on hold messages for the office in both Enlish and Spanish.

I have not trained anywhere professional but I do think that with my practice and past experience, that I can go very far and provide excellent service in this area.
