My Voice Experience

I'm a talker, so everyone told me, that's why I've been in radio for over 20 years. I have been voicing spots for that time period and I produce as them as well. I take direction well.
I am currently a voicever talent for 2 companies,but they are non-exclusive regional contracts.

My Training

I received 2 degrees in communications from Centenary College in NJ. It required me to take public speaking and speech classes as well as acting. I expanded on that and took more than was required.
I have taken voice lessons. I also took side lessons from a commercial producer on how to take direction, etc.
The atmosphere at my company encourages creativity, so when I get a script, I voice it different ways, have fun with it and out comes a great piece of work!

My Studio Equipment

I use Adobe Audition, harris board with processing and shure mic.

Additional Skills

I am well rounded career-wise. I have been a nanny, a hotel housekeeper, a waitress, a Pharmacy tech. The experience helps me get in different shoes for whatever character I need to portray in a voice over script. I am an adept people watcher, as well. As I have learned, writing and/or voicing a piece requires one to know the
product and the reaction of a person to it.
