My Voice Experience
on long road trips as a child i would entertain my family with a multitude of voices and characters. i had a great ear for mimicry even then. i work in professional theatre and my actual voice over experience is limited. i was contracted to do a radio play (Pliny and the Deaconesses) in 2002 for Rosebud Creek Recordings. i was also contracted by them two years in a row for voice work in a series of online training podcasts to learn English on line.
My Training
I Graduated from Rosebud School of the Arts (a post secondary Theatre School associated with Rosebud Theatre)with a major in Acting, in Rosebud, Alberta Canada.
In conjuction with my studies there i have participated in numberous acting, performance and scene study class. I work as a company member for Rosebud Theatre, performing in live theatre. i have also continued my education and am currently taking private voice (singing) coaching.
Selected classes taken:
- Shakespeare Workout with David Snider & Jeany Van Meltebeke
- Monologues: Making an Impact with Scott Swan
- Acting for Television with John Trottier
