As stated earlier, I am new to this industry, but have used my voice as an Administrative Assistant and Customer Service Representative which involves using the voice to communicate by greeeting, responding, instructing, telephone etiquette being mindful of inflection and tone with the ability to deliver a smile, compassion, emphathy, re-assurance and instruction via the telephone or in person. I clearly read in a public forum and recently had to call over 230 member to deliver a message within a 4 hour period and advised by many of my pleasant voice, easy listening and some of them did not believe it was my own voice. I explained that it was my professional voice.
After being complimented on my voice so often, I feel that I have missed out on this industry and don't know why I did not seek it out.
I am currently seeking any information on this industry, and if you can give my any leads (locally) I would appreciate it.
My education and training includes some college and training at Auston's Modeling Agency.
I currently don't have my own equipment yet, but I am looking into it.
I am currently working part-time in administrative services, with background in the, banking industry and customer service field as stated earlier in my profile my voice and personality played a major role in my profession.
