Voice Description

My voice is best described as fun, light, spunky and fresh for a younger voice. It can be abrasive and stern for an older or more professional tone. Also warm and soft for an operator's voice or a grandmother's voice as well.
I can do an urban or southern dialect and I can also switch up to a California or New York sound.
I can also speak and read Spanish extremely well although I am not completely fluent in that language.

My Voice Experience

Although I have no formal voice over epxerience I have 3 years of experience of adapting and changing my voice based on my clientele. Right now in sales, I alter my disposition and sound based on the person I am talking to. Some clients respond better to a down home souther girl, some respond better to a straight laced professional woman who annunciates every word. Some clients are turned off by a loud laugh so I have had to soften my laughter, and in other situations a loud cackle has fit right in.

I can change up my slang from Georgia to New York to or Ohio or I can sound like a Valley Girl from Sweet Valley High. Adapting to change is what I do best, I guess you can call me a chameleon!
