Voice Description

I can have a very calming voice. I currently work as a dispatcher and am required to have a calm, steady, pleasant, professional voice to listen to, which could be useful for presentations or long recordings. My voice is moderately deep for a woman, with a soothing sound. It can be higher pitched if I am requested to make it so. I have sung for years, having recieved a vocal scholarship when I was a music major in college. My voice is a metzo-soprano/alto. I have a midwest dialect, however I can easy do a more southern drawl. I can also use my voice in a more sexual manor, more raspy sounding and perky.

My Voice Experience

I am currently an emergency medical dispatcher. I have sung for years, having recieved a vocal scholarship in 2000 and numerous awards for singing. I am constantly being told that I possess the perfect voice for commercials and voice overs.
I have also worked as a receptionist answer and tansferring calls.

My Training

I recieved a vocal scholarship from the Indiana University School of Music, Fort Wayne campus, in 2000.
I currently work in communications and have worked several jobs where I was the receptionist and operator.
