Voice Description
I have a mid-west accent, very easy to understand. I can also do a southern twang if needed.
My voice is calming, for "on hold" messages, or voice mail greetings. Animated, for commercials or children's recordings, or professional, for presentations.
I am a cantor at my church, and sing professionally for weddings and funerals.

My Voice Experience
Morning announcements at an elementary school aren't on anyone's top ten most exciting things list, but I was accused of actually making them pleasant and interesting! I have worked as a children's librarian for 8 years and have logged countless hours reading children's books aloud. Voice acting is an exciting prospect for me. Many adults have told me "I love to listen to you read."
During my 7-year stint as a bingo caller never was I pelleted with rotten fruit. A first at our parish.
My Training
I have no formal voice training, but am self-taught, recording my own voice so as to critique it and improve it. I have been singing for twelve years at my church, for weddings and funerals as well as regular church services.
