My Voice Experience
I graduated in May of 2005 From North Carolina Central University with two degrees, one a BA in Music, and the other a BM in Jazz studies. I have been performing since the age of six where I began my singing Career with the Martin Luther King Jr. all Childrens Choir of Raleigh NC. During my 11 year period singing with this choir I have had the opportunity to perform with gospel artist such as Walt Whitman,Shirley Ceasar, and Norris Garner, as well as smooth jazz artist Reggie Jeffries. While in High School at Needham Brouton high, I also performed all 4 years in the Brouton Show Choirs. While in College, I performed both with the NCCU Universtiy Touring Choir, and the NCCU Vocal Jazz Ensemble, during those experiences I have had the opportunity to travel and both perform and study with Jazz Artist such as Nicolas Payton, Ninna Freelon, Lenora Helm, Winard Harper, Grady Tate, Brandford Marsalis, and Countless other artist. I have done Local gigs here in Raleigh, including a performance for the Annual Martin Luther King Jr. Celebration.

I was trained by the finest of Voice teachers at North Carolina Central University in Jazz and Classical.
