Voice Description

My voice can range from child to young adult. It is smooth for professionalism and warm for narrations. I can speak many variations of dialects in the english language ie.: British, cockney, southern, austrailian. Kermit the frog is the most know cleberity in which I impersonate. Barn animals a noted specialty of mine from the crow of a rooster to the moo of a cow. I have an extensive background in musical theatre. I am a tenor, and I excel at Rock Musicals and popular musicals. Singing in general is a high point for me. I have had an interest in voice overs for a very long time but have only now the time to work on them.

My Voice Experience

Voice over Work is few and far between since I am currently just starting my attepmt. But I have done things leading up to this. My first year of college I had a band and we recorded "Let it Be" by the beatles for a gig we were trying to get. hooray, it worked for we got the gig, that was my first attempt at laying voices and instruments down. I have also been in three independent short films with Flamingface productions. Recently we wrapped on the latest production, which I am scoring the music for, "Sin." As for Voice work that is my extent but am really looking for more work in the field of voice acting.

My Training

I have a degree in Theatre from Frostburg State University. I have studied the industry of Voice overs for some time. Mostly in my own way of reading books and so forth, about how it works and the time and energy involved. By far the thing that draws me most to the field, is the mere fact that anything goes. You can use the entire body to make the perfect sound for the character and when you watch the character say the words, you can see the way you acted the words out, with the character doing something completely different. That is by far more rewarding sometimes than doing almost the same large over the top acting for the stage.
