My Voice Experience
Kindergarten. That was where I first learned to love reading aloud. At that year's annual assembly, I was awarded the title of "Most Books Read" for the entire elementary school! I remember bowing my head, ever so slightly, to allow the principal to place the coveted, plastic, gold-painted medal on its red, white, and blue-striped ribbon over my head. Since then, I've been a voracious reader. I read aloud any time an opportunity presents itself. Although I've had no professional experience, I'm often told that I am a wonderfully engaging speaker and should consider narrating audio books. I've decided to sign up with Voice123 to see if I have what it takes to make it as a pro. It is my hope that the quality of my work will make up for my lack of formal training and professional experience.
