Voice Description

I have a regular sounding voice which I can manipulate to sound really low and deep (not Barry White deep though, maybe Worf of Star Trek TNG deep) and squeaky high (Elmo of Sesame Street squeaky). I can comfortably do voice impressions of the following: Scooby Doo, Elmo, Grover, Yoda, Jar Jar Binks, Worf. I can also do impressions of animals like dogs, cats, pigs, horses.

My Voice Experience

I have done a few impressions in my time, having been a party host for children's parties. I've done voiceovers for an instructional video for a local karting center. I also do the play-by-play commentary when there are races held at the karting center.

My Training

Most of my training came from watching too much TV and doing impressions of different characters. Voice projection training I got through our local school theater group. I also learned the art of putting emotion in my voice to be able to carry a scene much better. I had a vocal coach for two years which stretched my vocal range both ways (high and low).
