My Voice Experience

I have been in the Customer service/tech support industry for over 10 years, I am constantly mistaken for the Hold message personality, and have been frequently asked if I am a person or a computer. I enjoy talking, and can Speak very clearly in a Non Accent north american english, born and Raised in Washington state. as a musician, I have a great ear, and as a customer service rep I have heard and can Imitate Any accent, also My training has taught me to match pace of my customers which gives me Versatility in the Voice over industry
